Sound Healing workshops, or "healing with sounds," are holistic experiences that use the frequencies and vibrations of unique musical instruments in combination with singing (by some instructors) to provide deep relaxation, stress relief, and emotional balance. The sessions often include the use of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, handpans, and gentle percussion instruments that resonate with the body and mind.
