Accessibility Statement - Kedem Spa House
We advocate for providing professional, courteous, high-quality, and equal service to all our guests. This service concept guides the spa in its efforts to make its services accessible to all guests in a way that allows the use of all services offered at the spa equally, appropriately, and with maximum independence.
How does website accessibility work? The website features an accessibility menu provided by a website accessibility company, "Accessible by Click." Clicking on the menu opens the accessibility buttons. After selecting a topic from the menu, please wait for the page to load.
The software operates on popular browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, subject to the manufacturer's terms.
Accessibility options in the menu:
· Keyboard navigation adaptation - allows navigation using the keyboard
· Screen reader adaptation - adapts the website for assistive technologies such as NVDA, JAWS
· Blink blocking - stops moving elements and blocks blinks
· Increase website font to 4 different sizes
· Contrast adjustments - changes the website's color contrast

· Change font to a more readable one
· Enlarge cursor and change its color to black or white

Below is information regarding accessibility adaptations at the spa
The entrance to the spa is not accessible. The spa building is an ancient structure with strict preservation restrictions, and therefore it cannot be made accessible. The entrance includes narrow stairs with no possibility of assisting wheelchair users.
Treatment rooms and spa facilities:
The spa does not have an accessible restroom and no accessible showers with a dedicated folding chair.
The treatment beds are electric and adjustable.
Accessibility for hard of hearing: There are no hearing assistance systems in the spa or public areas.
Guide animals: The spa allows guide animals into all areas.
The spa staff will be happy to assist guests with any request regarding accessibility arrangements.
