Cancellation of transaction
A consumer's right to cancel a distance sale transaction, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of Section 14c(c) of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: "the Law"), extends from the day the transaction is made until fourteen days from the day the asset is received, or from the day the main transaction document is received, whichever is later. The right of a consumer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant to cancel the transaction as stated, is within four months from the day the transaction is made – from the day the asset is received or from the day the main transaction document is received, whichever is later, provided that communication in the transaction included a conversation between the dealer and the consumer, including a conversation via electronic communication.
