Where to find ice baths in Tel Aviv:
Specialized Health and Recovery Centers:
Look for modern recovery centers that cater to athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and biohackers. These places often offer a variety of methods such as cryotherapy chambers, compression therapy, and, yes, dedicated ice baths.
You'd be surprised to discover that even luxurious spa complexes have begun to incorporate cold exposure and ice bath immersion as part of the spa experience. Some places are embracing this trend, for example – KEDEM SPA HOUSE, which offers a free cold bath to guests who purchase a treatment from their range of treatments during the summer. In winter, the bath is heated because demand decreases with temperatures.
Guidance: If you are new to ice baths, it is highly recommended to do so under supervision, especially for your first few times, to ensure safety and proper technique.
Safety First: Listen to your body. Start with shorter durations and gradually increase.
Are there methods for performing the immersions?
